The location of the hotel was great, just a walking distance from the beach. the room was clean and neat, with daily cleaning and fresh towels provided. The kitchen was also well-equipped, which was convenient for preparing meals.

The internet connection was poor, with weak signal strength and slow speed. It was also difficult to navigate the complex, with limited signage to direct guests to their apartments.

A very nice place, a good hotel with very nice apartments. The pool is very friendly for kids and it's quite relaxed. Beach is close, 5 minutes to walk, shops around to get what you need and also, restaurants to give you a nice meal. If you know what to get, you can easily travel to the Golden Sands, Varna and also the prices for travelling to Balchik are decent. All in all a good place.

Unfortunately the cleaning part is a minus as you have to request it with this flyer which you hang on the door. If they would invest a bit more to provide some better services, their 5 stars would be without a doubt worth it.

This is definitely not a five star hotel but then the price isn't that of a five star either. But the apartment was clean, kitchen well equipped. Swimming pool was nice and clean too. Beautiful view of the sea from the living room. Very good food at the restaurant and very friendly waiters and personnel. We arrived almost 3 hours before check in but it wasn't a problem, the apartment was ready in 30 minutes.

Restaurant - though we were only 6 people we almost always would have to wait for somebody's soup to come after everyone else has eaten... Probably the chef is not very organized because the restaurant was never busy. Cleaning - we stayed for 4 nights and they haven't changed our towels once; they approximately cleaned the bathroom floor but that was everything they did in terms of cleaning. Internet is quite poor and it didn't work for a few hours the first day we requested it. We had a three room apartment, and two of the bedrooms were oriented to the air conditioning units therefore very noisy at night. Speaking of air conditioning, we only had a unit in the living room. The bedrooms only have an air conditioning unit place holder. Surroundings - Chaika is quite a poor resort, this is the only hotel that seemed nice. The beach was reasonably ok but all around it there was garbage either in the bushes or on the streets. All in all, the hotel was agreeable and good value for money, but I wouldn't go back there because of the surroundings and the dirty and poor resort.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the location is excellent, being very close to the beach and in a quiet area. It was so convenient to have the beach just a few minutes' walk away. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. They were always available to assist with any requests I had. Lastly, the rooms were well-equipped with a microwave oven and water heater, which was a nice touch. The kitchenette was very well equipped, especially for those who prefer to cook their own meals. The view from the room was absolutely amazing, adding to the overall enjoyment of my stay. Plus, having breakfast included was a great added bonus.

This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are reasonable and the attention to detail is impressive. The location is ideal, as it is close to the beach. The rooms have amazing views and are well-equipped, with a microwave oven and water heater in the kitchenette. Additionally, breakfast is included, which is a nice bonus.

Very nice pool area. Easy access to the nearby Cabacum beach. Really calm and family-friendly place. Friendly stuff at the reception and the reastaurant.

The cleanliness of the apartments was quite not according to international 5-star standards, even though they were new and very nicely decorated. Also in the pool area there was a lot of bird shit, because a huge community of birds had taken over the balconies.

Located in a quiet area close to the sea, this hotel offers comfortable rooms with clean bathrooms and a friendly service. Guests can enjoy a nice breakfast while admiring the great view from the balcony or the terrace. Facilities such as a clean pool and guarded parking make it easy and pleasant to stay at this hotel.

The lack of free Wi-Fi may be a drawback for some guests.

Only 5 minutes walk to beach. 10 minutes to centre of Varna. Quiet location.

The hotel is new, the rooms clean, pool excellent, the view great, every receiving was resolved fast. The hotel have private parking so, the car was in a sure place.

Because is the first season, not all things are very well arranged, for example the reception is only a desk in a room, but is not an inconvenient for tourist, I'm sure next year all will be ok.

Spacious apartments, great facilities, beautiful complex, close to shops and a bus route, modern and clean kitchen, peaceful location.

The residence was very good, exceptionally clean and as a new build the appearance was perfect, it is the best place in the nearby area, the best beach is 2km away but... You will find you have to pay 15 eur for 2 beds and a umbrella !

The location is a bit run down, I am sure this will be resolved in time but the beach etc is dirty and nearby builds are stopped / not used any more, it probally does not help that a land slip has blocked the road between the main golden sands to this area, if this was resolved the life in this resort would be up and coming.

The quality of this hotel/apartment comlpex is top noch. Everything is new and quality, the fridge is from Indesit, the toaster from Electrolux, the plasma tv from Samsung, the terrace is huge, with high quality chairs and table, the bathroom is super modern and nice. The kitchen is fully equipped and the table very large. The apartment isn't crowded at all, it's actually huge! They clean the room every day, the towels are extra soft, the pool is big enough and the hotel isn't crowded at all.

The beach is not taken care at all and there are lots of algaes in the sea. You don't receive free lounges and umbrellas at the beach, only at the swimming pool. To get to the beach you have to cross a street and pass by same garbage containers(beach approx. 5 min. Away from the hotel)
